OUR PROCESS
Our Process can differ greatly from project to project depending on our customer’s needs, jobsite conditions and what is required and necessary, but the following is a normal process that we frequently follow.
- We will select the most appropriate method to prepare the concrete surface whether that is shotblasting, diamond grinding, scarifying or a combination of more than one.
- We will clean out joints and cracks and fill with the appropriate repair materials.
- We will repair bad and deteriorated concrete.
- We will install the specified or requested epoxy flooring system according to the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards.
- Concrete polishing has four levels of polishing with different levels of shine and are priced according to the level of specified gloss or light reflection.
- Level 1 is a flat finish with very little to no light reflection.
- Level 2 is a satin finish with a very low luster finish.
- Level 3 is a semi – gloss finish with good light reflection.
- Level 4 is a high gloss finish with a high degree of shine.
- Concrete polishing is accomplished by a combination of grinding with metal bonded diamond tooling, resin bonded tooling, proper chemical densification of the concrete, the application of concrete polishing sealer and burnishing the concrete surface to achieve the final finish.
